Better Performance Comes From Working Together

Our stand will showcase several innovations for the agricultural equipment market – the new G3 line of drop-in valves for powertrain and pilot applications; the HTD10-40 torque divider, and the TSEP multi-function valve.

The G3 valves are the next generation of drop-in style cartridge valves designed with the use of theoretical modelling to optimize magnetic efficiency. The resulting valve design is a compact cartridge with two to three times the magnetic force but less current draw – this means faster response. Top-mounted, rather than side-mounted connectors allow the G3 valves to be installed in tighter spaces than conventional solenoids. 

The HTD-10-40 torque divider is a pressure reducing/relieving valve that is ideal for traction control applications. It can balance pressure drop across two series motors, achieving efficient torque division regardless of differing motor speeds. This valve is sized to accommodate the flow difference between two motors and is useful for tractors, combines, and other wheeled equipment that operates in muddy fields.

The TSEP valve can do the work of three valves:  a proportional pressure-reducing valve, a load-sense check valve and a low-leakage logic element. Its proportional nature allows additional control of speed. Use of the multi-function TSEP valve allows the use of a smaller manifold, which has a number of advantages including lower weight, use of less space on the vehicle, and fewer controller outputs. It can be applied in suspensions and other ag equipment functions.
