Compact Without The Compromise
Visit HydraForce at CONEXPO IFPE 2014 in Las Vegas, the leading international exposition and technical conference dedicated to the fluid power industry. We will be exhibiting from March 4-8, 2014. Better performance comes from working together and HydraForce will have some of the most innovative hydraulic solutions on display at this year’s event.
HydraForce to Present Technical Paper at IFPE 2014
HydraForce will present a technical paper at IFPE 2014 titled, “Using Simulation to Create Real Efficiency in Hydraulic Control Systems” on Wednesday, March 5 from 9:45 to 10:15 a.m. in South Hall, Bridge Meeting Complex in Las Vegas. The paper will describe how HydraForce applies simulation tools to optimize not only the design of its cartridge valves but also the efficiency of the hydraulic circuits that use them.
Presenters will be: Nick Stabile, Design Engineer and Group Leader for the HyPerformance brand of high pressure valves and David Ruxton, Application Engineer for mobile hydraulics customers in North America. In the photo below, a group of HydraForce engineers can be seen discussing Computational Fluid Dynamics at the HydraForce Innovation Center in Vernon Hills, Illinois.
We'll be showcasing custom, innovative and fuel efficient electro-hydraulic control solutions for ride control and suspension systems, powertrain systems, innovative distributed directional control solutions, new multi-functional valves that reduce manifold size and improve effeciency as well as numerous construction and aggregate machinery solutions.
New this show season is the HSPEC family of multi-function valves. The HSPEC is three valves in one, an electro-proportional flow control valve, a post-compensator and a load sense valve in a single cavity. Available in three sizes with flow ranges from 34 to 132 lpm and rated for high pressure operation (350 bar continuous / 410 bar intermittent), HSPEC valves enable more responsive, compact and efficient lifting, lowering and motion control with their post compensated flow sharing capabilities. Their ability to enable ideal motion control via flow control meter-in / pressure control meter-out in a tunable package is a unique feature in the industry that can offer significant energy savings. We'll also be displaying numerous prototypes and new standard valve technology.
HydraForce will also feature the INTEGR8 engineered hydraulic control solutions for cylinders and motors. I-Design now features over 60 options of optimally paired INTEGR8 schematics that can be dragged and dropped onto a hydraulic schematic to make custom manifold circuit design easier. Application Engineers will be on staff to help visitors design a system using i-Design, and if desired export their circuit into Automation Studio™ to simulate and optimize their design.
The latest HyPerformance and Corrosion-resistant valves for use on excavators, wheel loaders, telehandlers, attachments and other mobile construction equipment will also be displayed.
So POWER FORWARD and be a part of the leading international exhibition for the fluid power industry in North America by registering as a guest using the form provided on the right. We look forward to seeing you at the show!
