HydraForce is Looking for a Salesforce.com Administrator

Provides experienced systems administration and analysis skills in the system support and development of Salesforce platform (SFDC) applications. Works to ensure the accurate and reliable operations of the business applications resident on the SFDC platforms for the daily business operations relying on. Works to improve system to address business opportunities and improvements using the SFDC based systems. Involved in the entire project lifecycle and system support activities for the application platform. Defines and configures SFDC business applications and technology to meet business objectives and ensures successful implementations and high quality support. Provides guidance to users and to less experienced applications development staff in incorporating SFDC solutions. Involved as appropriate in SFDC systems architecture, project planning, application development tools and methodology. As needed, monitors and guides users, contractors and platform vendor personnel in completing tasks and projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The position will entail the following duties and responsibilities:

Administration:

    • Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow.
    • Maintain System, Security and Integrity.
    • Maintain Sales Cloud, Communities, RootStock hierarchy and territories, accounts, contacts, and opportunities in response to personnel changes.
    • Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses.
    • Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels.
    • Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies.
    • Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed.
    • User Assistance, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction.
    • Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups.
    • Provide one to one training to end users on an on-going basis.
    • Perform ad hoc analysis and requests as needed.
    • Data management including importing data as appropriate, monitoring and managing exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC; managing duplicate records; identify and developing improved data interfaces and integrations with other systems.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and develop complex, macro driven reports to summarize system information for management.
    • Assist management to create processes in salesforce.com to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads.
