CUSTOMER FOCUSED, TECHNOLOGY DRIVEN

The HydraForce Innovation and Technology Center is the new focal point for virtual and actual testing of hydraulic valves, integrated circuit manifolds and electro-hydraulic machine controllers. This 142,000 sq. ft. building houses valve testing resources, and computational fluid dynamics and finite element analysis resources used in valve design as well as simulation software for the optimization of hydraulic circuits.

Rapid Prototyping
Recent investments in prototyping machinery have allowed HydraForce to reduce its initial prototype manufacturing lead time by 85%.

Prototype Support
Dedicated support of prototyping efforts, even duringunanticipated product or machinery specification changes.

Field Testing
New valves and manifolds can be installed on customer equipment and field-tested on an outdoor proving ground that is large enough for agricultural, construction and material-handling equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders and telehandlers.
